FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You will receive TWO emails during the registration process:

  1. (1) containing your registration information and

  2. (2) confirmation of your transaction with Paypal.

 

Once you have received both, you are officially a registered participant to the FAPA Congress.

You DO NOT need to have an account with Paypal to pay your registration fee. After submitting your registration information, simply click “Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card” on the Paypal website and enter your information.

Simply fill out the registration form again. You will be redirected to the Paypal website upon submission of your registration information.

The registration system automatically links your registration information and payment information. As such, there is no need to worry about your registration being declined.

CPD units for FAPA 2018 are still being worked on. The number of units would depend on the FAPA member association applying for it and may differ per country. Rest assured that it will be announced once the information is available.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide discounts for senior citizens and persons with disability.

The registration team shall have your registration fees refunded (Refund Policy HERE). Both pharmacists (originally registered pharmacist and accompanying pharmacist) will have to repeat the registration process again as individual participants.
