REGISTRATION METHODS

1. EASY 2-STEP ONLINE REGISTRATION

STEP 2: Proceed to online payment (via PayPal) using credit card or debit card

2. NO CREDIT CARD?

Interested pharmacists may now pay through BANK DEPOSIT. Please contact the FAPA 2018 Registration Committee (register.fapa2018@gmail.com) for more information.

Participants coming from the Philippines may also register through the Philippine Pharmacists Association. Look for Ms. Joiemee de Leon, the PPhA Admin Assistant for FAPA, for assistance.

3. GROUP REGISTRATION

Groups with a MINIMUM OF 25 PEOPLE are entitled to have ONE (1) additional person attending with FREE registration fee (25+1 promo). This promo is only available for early bird registration (until July 31, 2018).

Registration Fees for FAPA 2018:

Early Bird Registration: February 1, 2018 – July 31, 2018 

Note: Fees listed are EXCLUSIVE of any processing/ web admin fees/ transaction fees/ bank charges incurred in the payment process

Registration Fee inclusions:

Registration Fees include access to the scientific program and social events listed below for each category. Lunch and snacks are also provided during the conference proper.

Fully registered pharmacists may access all the Congress functions by showing their registration badge EXCEPT in the pre-congress session, which is strictly for invited guests only.

Student delegates may access all the congress functions EXCEPT for the Gala Dinner. Tickets may be sold onsite by the host association.

Accompanying Persons are only allowed to attend the opening and closing ceremonies, exhibits, welcome reception and Gala Dinner.

Note: Only one accompanying person per registered pharmacist is allowed to participate.

CLAIMING YOUR KITS IN THE CONGRESS:

Only those who have completed the payment process will be considered officially registered to the FAPA 2018 congress.

FAQ: What do I need to bring?

Print a copy of the TWO (2) emails you will receive for your reference: One email will be from FAPA that contains your registration information, and the second one will come from PayPal, confirming the payment you made via the PayPal website.

Bring these 2 emails, together with a valid ID to claim your kits during the conference.
